About

I'm a psychologist and PhD scholar, offering online counselling to adults across India. I hold a Master's degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Art Therapy, and I'm currently pursuing doctoral research exploring how people adapt and grow after difficult life experiences. My work is informed by both research and clinical practice and supported by training in foundational Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed psychosocial care, and counselling skills, alongside ongoing professional development. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and the emotional impact of difficult experiences. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or trying to make sense of patterns that keep repeating, therapy can offer a space to understand yourself with greater clarity and compassion. I don't believe therapy is about "fixing" people. Instead, I see it as a collaborative process of understanding the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that have shaped your life, and discovering new ways to navigate the challenges you face. My aim is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard without judgement, can make sense of your experiences, develop practical coping strategies, and build lasting emotional resilience. Depending on your needs and goals, I draw from CBT, art therapy, and trauma-informed principles, tailoring therapy to your unique circumstances. Alongside my counselling work, I remain actively engaged in research, supervision, and continuing professional development. I believe good therapy is grounded not only in evidence, but also in genuine human connection, curiosity, and respect for each person's unique story. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, challenged when needed, and supported as you move towards a life that feels more authentic and meaningful to you.
